ARM FILIGREES
An aesthetic character is attributed to the objects that the measures keep the golden ratio. Some even believe it has mystical importance. This proportion is found infinitely in nature. Taking as inspiration the golden number, we will create dance combinations centered on the arms to express this divine proportion. We will create original movement patterns, focusing on the hands and arms as a choreographic element. We will also work with the mudras, their meaning and other aesthetic ways to enrich our dance. I will also add some technique exercises in which we will review the technical keys of arm undulations, how to improve them and how to combine arm undulations with other parts of the body
Friday, Oct. 9th - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

This is one of my methods that I enjoy more in training and creating my own dance style.
